Whether it is far to the quantum computer?
In our review we should concern creations of the quantum computer. According to researchers from the Canadian company D-Wave, they managed to construct the quantum computer which they named 'Orion'. Representatives of the firm have demonstrated works of this system, but it were not "alive", and it was on a space bridge from Canada that at some independent experts has raised certain doubts.
Even if the constructed computer is real and works, for the present it's not clear, as the system with number increase kubits will behave. Besides, there can be complexities with cooling of the powerful computing system. Among other researches in this area it is possible to note working out of the American scientists from University of Pennsylvania - the device with which help it is possible to detain hundreds atoms, to place them in a three-dimensional grid and to work with each particle separately.
For capture of particles scientists used an optical lattice in which by means of three lasers it was possible to "lock" 250 atoms of caesium.
American mac-books, many inhabitants of other countries (in Russia and Ukraine there are very powerful and practical computers, therefore...) would like to get to itself this computer, but for this purpose it is necessary to go to the USA that behind itself pulls registration of US visas or us passport. And the platform of a mackintosh is not supported in these countries. Therefore, you solve.
